The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, with mountains and wetlands surrounding the area. It was a picturesque location. Additionally, the customer service at the front desk was friendly and helpful. They provided us with useful information about the area and made us feel welcomed. One more advantage was the proximity to nearby attractions, such as an Old West museum and a Bison Preserve. It made it convenient for us to explore the area and make the most of our trip.
The lobby of the hotel was quite dark and had an old, musty smell lingering in the air. It didn't give a good first impression.

The staff at Ninepipes Lodge were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. I had dinner at the bar and the food was absolutely delicious. The best part of my stay was visiting the Bison National Reserve, just a short drive away. Seeing the elk, bison, and antelope in their natural habitat was truly awe-inspiring.

The breakfast was included and had a nice variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to the highway and easy to find. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable.
The hotel felt outdated and in need of some updating. The rooms were small and lacked any sort of decoration or ambiance.

The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, especially from the room with the mountain view. The large, clean and comfortable rooms were a big plus, and the back patio was a cute addition. The location of the hotel was also great, with a pond in the back where we saw some cool wildlife like geese and turtles. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was good and we enjoyed having breakfast while overlooking the lake.
One downside was that the complimentary breakfast was limited and we felt pressured to go for the paid breakfast instead. This strategy seemed a bit off for a hotel that is mainly used as a passage hotel.

I loved the central location, with beautiful views of the mountains. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including a wonderful dining room and bar with good hours. The staff were super friendly and attentive to my needs. I enjoyed the continental-style breakfast, especially the tasty homemade "power medallions." The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and I appreciated the French press coffee provided in each room.
Nothing, all was good.

It would be nice to have coffee makers in the rooms for early risers, and a screen door or window that can be opened for fresh air, although security concerns need to be addressed.

We had a fantastic Christmas at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, offering stunning views of the mountains and a peaceful environment. We loved spending time by the beautiful lake, where we could watch wildlife and relax in the comfortable chairs provided by the hotel. One of the highlights was the fabulous restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious meals. The menu had a great variety of both complimentary breakfast items and paid options, which were all tasty and satisfying. The view of the pond and mountains from the breakfast area was simply breathtaking.
While our stay was enjoyable overall, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The carpet in the hallways and rooms looked stained and dirty, which was a bit disappointing.
